Application & Enrollment Policy

• An application for admission may be requested from the office. Applications may be submitted throughout the year. Parents are encouraged to observe a class in session before applying for enrollment. Please call the office to schedule an appointment.
• The academic school year runs from September through May. Children may be accepted for late enrollment on a space-available basis and with permission of the Program Director.
• Registration for each upcoming academic school year begins in February (please contact the office for specific dates). There is an annual non-refundable registration fee of $35.00 for all children, new and returning, enrolled in our academic or childcare programs. A non-refundable tuition deposit is due in June.

Toddler:  The Toddler Program is open to children 18 months (minimum age) and older. Enrollment opportunities are based on current space availability and waiting-list considerations.  Priority is given to returning students, siblings of currently enrolled students, and siblings of alumni (in that order).  A registration fee of $35.00 is due at the time of acceptance, and annually thereafter.

Preprimary:  The Montessori preprimary program is open to children 2.7 (at date of enrollment) to 6 years of age.  Children must be able to use the bathroom independently.  Kindergarten students must meet the Kindergarten age restrictions of their local public school district or be 5 years old by September 1st.  Applications are accepted throughout the year for September and January enrollment.  Enrollment begins in September and follows the academic school calendar that is distributed each year prior to the start of school.  Late enrollments may be accepted on a space available basis and with permission of the Montessori Directress and Educational Director.  Applications for re-enrollment must be submitted on an annual basis in the time frame set forth each year by the Education Director and Board of Directors.  There is an annual $35.00 application/registration fee.  Decisions concerning acceptance and enrollment are made in the spring of each year.  Priority is given to returning students, siblings of currently enrolled students, siblings of alumni, and to younger students (in that order).  The date of the application is also considered in the selection process.
